Product Code change using command prompt

Hello All,

   I am creating MSI using setup and deployment project is Visual Studio 2008 and  i am generating the build using command prompt (using devenv.exe). Here i face one problem every time i generate a build I need to increment version No. (i.e. 1.0.0 to 1.0.1) and need to change product code too. Can you guys provide me some solution as let me know the method of achieving this ?
