recover pages that were updates from team explorer

Hi , 

My project was unable to connect to team explorer due to some error , i worked on it without connected. but when i try to connect and update it , it all update to the server team explorer last version.

Any way to recover that old pages , although i cancelled it , but some pages are back of old form how i can recover them

Please help as soon as possible
