Error When Launching Visual Studio Express 2012

Good evening,

I recently downloaded and installed Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012.  After installation I receive an error when trying to launch.  I have downloaded and re-installed twice, however get the same error.  Has anyone encountered this in the past and willing to shed some light to what the issue may be?

Error Received:

The procedure entry point K32GetModuleInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
