I am just starting to learn .NET, C#, etc... Haven't used MS Studio products for more that a decade. I don't have lots of money to invest in MS IDE products, so the Visual Studio 2013 Express Preview family of products seemed to be the choice for me. I downloaded and installed "Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 Preview for Web" and started in on the tutorials linked from inside the product, only to find that almost none of the templates and samples required by the tutorials are availabe in my installation, either under "Installed" or "Online" (i.e. WPF templates for VB and C# are missing among others). None of the tutorials state which crippled preview release version they are compatible with, so it is really slowing my progress.
Is it possible to install multiple versions of Visual Studio Express 2013 side-by-side on my laptop, or will this cause issues? If possible/prudent, will installing multiple Express 2013 versions disable or otherwise negatively affect the other Express 2013 installations I have made?
TIA,
