I have gone into Tools > Options > Text Editor > C# > Formatting and unchecked all 3 of the general check boxes. That did not work as when I am working in an MVC View it still adjusts my indentation, wrongly I might add. I have tried the HTML How do I prevent Visual Studio from EVER changing any of my formatting. It is getting beyond frustrating as I have a very complicated view with many parts to it that I am working on, and Visual Studio keeps changing my indentation.
