[question] How to add [app.manifest] automatically, when a new project is created

Hi all,

I make many small programs/projects with Visual Studio 2019.
I'd like to know how an [app.manifest] file can be added automatically when a new project is created.

I have an [app.manifest] file as a template and want it to be copied in the new project folder.
