In Visual Studio 2012 - novice question

How do you display default Visual Studio 2012 environment setting currently operating under.  I.E. General, LightSwitch, SQL Server Dev., Visual Basic Development Settings, Visual C# Development Settings, etc.

I accidently started VS its first execution after install about a month ago.  Haven't been able to begin using until today. I'm not sure if or what I did, so just want to verify the now default settings.
