Can I Visual Studio Express to create in-house application for my office, but not to sell them

I would like to ask if I am able to use Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows to develop applications for my office use, strictly meant only to enhance productivity within office processes, and NOT to sell or distribute to external parties (non-staff) for monetary gain.

Is there any documentation, terms or whitepaper that describe the answer to my query?
