Nuget V 2.8 won't install BUT!

I have VS 2010 SP1 with Nuget 2.2 and every time I tried to update NuGet well it got an error:

Hmmm, so I then uninstalled the current version of NuGet in VS (2.2 I believe) and then reinstalled it and it works. Just letting everyone know about this.
