I am wondering if there is a fast way to get access back to our MSDN Action Pack subscription - Development and Design.
We are a small ISV who is currently travelling to demonstrate our software and continue developing along the way. We did not receive a message about our renewal for the Action Pack being due, and today as we started our presentation to interested parties, Visual Studio prompted us that 'Your extended license trial is over' about 30 minutes before our demonstration began.
Ouch!
So we tried to renew our Action Pack. But before you do, you must complete a couple of courses!!!! Double ouch.
Needless to say, we could not do our demonstration with our current code base and needed to use our online demonstration. This was very unfortunate. Now we have left the site, but still after paying for the ongoing subscription and completing the courses, we cannot access Visual Studio.
Is there a way to contact those who look after such things to hurry up so we can continue our work and get our afternoon session at another site to be operational?
I can't find any phone numbers to call for this assistance.
