Hi,
I am running Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop, and I can't find the "Build Events" button or option anywhere, regardless of what project I have open.
After looking around it seems that it is supposed to be on the My Project settings page, under the "Compile" tab at the bottom right corner; however, it is not there.
I have attached a screenshot of the Compile tab for a fairly vanilla Windows Forms application I am working on.
I am running Windows 8 64-bit, below is the information for my installation of VS.
