Microsoft Git Provider makes Visual Studio 2013 very very slow

Hello,

Using the built in Microsoft Git Provider makes Visual Studio very very slow. If we switch to another source control system (for instance the Git Source Control Provider) everything becomes OK again. 

Is there anyone having the same problem ? Do Microsoft know about the issue and is there a fix for it ?
