show a record´s details to another form, by double clicking the desired record on the DataGridView

I am using Visual Studio 2012 and SQL Server Express edition, I have three tables: "usuario", "paciente2" and "Paciente_det". What I want to do is when I double click on a patient´s record in the DataGridView to open a second form that i already designed called Historial_Medico and fill the textboxes with the selected patient´s details<o:p></o:p>
