I'm waiting for delivery from Microsoft Store of a DVD full version of Visual Studio Professional 2013. Currently I have 2 Express editions installed on my Windows 8.1 64 computer: (1) Microsoft SQL Server 2012 including tools like the Import/Export Wizard (32 and 64) and (2) Visual Studio Express 2013 for Desktop.
I mainly use SQL Server Express 2012 for the Import/Export Wizards to convert Access MDB's to SQL script and upload these to MSSQL Databates on a website.
Not wanting to keep any extra apps using memory, I wonder if the new Visual Studio Professional 2013 will have these same Import/Export Wizard tools as found in SQL Server Express 2012? If yes, I would then uninstall the Express edition of 2012 SQL Server. But if these Import/Export Wizard tools are not available, I would keep the SQL Express installed. Please advise.
I think I will also be uninstalling the Visual Studio Express 2013 for Desktop, since it would be duplicated by the new VS Professional.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thank you for your help.
