I have installed VS Express 2013 on an offline computer. Now I am asked at the start of VS Express to register online. Is there a way to register offline ?
Moreover, there is no space where I could write the correct Key, only an internet link. If I dont click on this link, VS Express shut down and I have no way to access to help menu where we usually give the value of the key.
