Tuning off browserlink script

Hi All,

I've found a number of resources explaining how to turn off browserlink in VS2013, however none of the instructions work for me because I don't have the refresh browsers button with the dropdown menu beside it. I have no idea why. It just isn't there. I have a "Web Browser Refresh" button, which is always greyed out, but it doesn't have a pull down beside it.

Is there some other way to turn off this feature? Surely this aught to be somewhere in the options dialog, but apparently it's not.

Also in my opinion automatically inserting extra scripts into my source is not cool, particularly when this is the default behavior. I'm very surprised such a silly, half-baked, hokey little hack managed to get into the production release of Visual Studio. It's not smart enough to figure out what kind of content the server is actually returning, and just blindly dumps it's silly little bit of javascript in there anyway, which half the time causes browser errors, and completely breaks all my custom ajax coding.

Anyway rant over... Please someone tell me how I can get rid of this thing permanently.

Thanks,

Eugene
