windows form application missing

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 for Windows Phone . 
The pre installed project templates are not being shown when I start a new project . 
I want to use the Windows Form templates . 

There is no devenv file too . too execute the devenv/installvstemplates in my Visual Studio version .
