VS 2013 RTM - Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.PasteJson package did not load correctly.

I installed VS 2013 Ultimate for VS 2013 RTM the day it was released and all was working fine for a day, albeit VS 2013 seems less stable than VS 2012 or even VS 2013 RC as it crashed a few times when debugging.  Nonetheless, all did work however now when I attempt to load a VS 2012 project I get this message ...

Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.PasteJson.JsonPackage, Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.PasteJson package did not load correctly.

This just started to happen.. here is the related ActivityLog item..
