To send E-Mail From VB6.0?

Hi,

I wanted a code from which I can send mail to the  receiver from VB6.0 (Email id of receiver should change as per need)

Also in message body of my mail i want to link some information which will be provided by the database(i.e I want to link database with message body content so that receiver will see his results etc.)

I am using Microsoft Access Database.

Please Provide me links , code or any sort of solution which will help me.
