We are an MSDN Premium subscriber and we are running into a very unusual hang issue with a product that we develop using Visual Studio 2010.
Is there a support option (paid or part of MSDN or otherwise) that will enable us to get Microsoft assistance in troubleshooting, analyzing, and tracking down a program hang issue?
We have numerous DUMP files created at the time the programs were “hung”. I suspect there may be some deadlock or race condition involving either Microsoft or 3<sup>rd</sup> Part components that are running.
