I have created default CLR Console Application and try to play with it. I tried to add few dll as references so that I can use it. I I manage to all but one dll which gives following error "

Microsoft (R) Visual C++ Package Server has stopped working

And VS2012 Professional crashed. i tried on VS 2013 and it crashed too. however it is working fine with VS2010 Professional. Why it crashed when just adding a dll as reference. I have not even used it .

Please note: I have even tried to change target framework to 4.0 but still same error. Please see the error below. And it is 100% reproducible with this dll.
