Bcl.build build warning

I get a bunch of these warnings when building my project

Warning8All projects referencing QV.Hummingbird.FilesStorage.csproj must install nuget package Microsoft.Bcl.Build. For more information, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=317569.QV.Hummingbird.Web.Admin

I am VS 2013 Professional. 

I have checked via Packager Manager that Microsoft.BCL.Build is installed. The version installed is 1.0.14. 

The Microsoft link is not very helpful to resolve the problem.
