How to launch 2 forms simultaneity from start up

Hello Guys , So i am designing a program for educational use , i want to make  form1 ( the program ) and form2 (Login Details) launch simultaneity together in the same time , no need to click a button or anything like that , if the user click on the program the 2 forms launch . Well , i want to make the form1 locked and the user cannot access to it unless he enters the right password in the form2 and click on ok , and the program is accessible only if he know the password .
