Hi guys I have an annoying error with VS Express 2013 with Windows Phone 8.1 Tools (including Update 2 RC) installed. When I want to close Visual Studio I get the error "the system cannot get access to the file" and VS refuses to close. The only way I can close it is using Task Manager. When I have not yet loaded a solution and quit a freshly started VS, I don't get the error and everyting works fine. So it has something to do with loading & starting a solution. I tried to reset all settings via Tools -> Import and Export settings but that didn't work. Since it's an almost fresh install, is there anyway to completely remove all settings? I know that I didn't get the error 3 days ago...thanks in advance.
