Help with moving field data into PDF Template

Hey Guys

Im wondering if you can help me. I have a project to do but im stuck. Basically I need to move field data such as name, address, phone number and so on into a premade PDF template. I honestly have no idea where to start

Im using Visual Studio 2013, ASP.NET and C#

Guys, im an absolute noob at this and I really really need help.
