I inherited an ASP website project. When I was first given the project, someone else set up the Visual Studio 2010 to display the solution and all the C# files that were associated with different ASPX files. I believe these are called "code-behind". I am not super familiar with a lot of ASP (I'm more of a front-end coder and what server-side coding I do know is mostly in PHP) and this entire project has been turning into a horrific learning experience.
Recently, we had some issues between our production, test, and development environments and had to back out a bunch of changes and restore thing. I'm attempting to rebuild (?) my solution file with the restored files instead of my potentially corrupted development files. However, I am now suddenly unable to access the C# files. The initial set up was all done very quickly and in a rush to get me started, and I was unfortunately unable to retain anything that was half-heartedly glossed over during the set up. The person who set me up is now long gone from the company.
Did I miss a setting somewhere in Visual Studio 2010 that allows me to see the code-behind C# files for the ASPX files I was given?
Thanks, and kind regards,
~Jessica.
