VS 2013 Doesn't start

Hi,

When I try to open VS2013 I get an error message "Cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the applicaiton." and then never opens. VS2012 Opens fine.

It used to work. I have tried uninstalling and re installing 3 times with no luck and now I don't know what more to do without help.
