Import IDE settings from VS2010 to VS2013

I successfully installed VS2013 express on both a Win7 machine and on a Win 8.1 machine.

On the Win8.1 machine I can import IDE settings from VS2010, BUT on the Win7 machine the import function seems to be broken.

I go to Tools/Import Export Settings/Import Selected Settings & see a window asking to save current settings. I select "No, just import new settings ..." and click Next. The window just closes with no chance to browse for a filename to import.

Any help will be much appreciated.
