ASP.NET Debugger keeps breaking only with VS2012

I'm using Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate. I have an ASP.NET project. In Visual Studio 2012 the ASP.NET debugger doesn't work, in Visual Studio 2010 it does. With VS2012, the debugger was working properly then stopped. I repaired VS2012, still didn't fix the issue. I uninstalled VS2012 and reinstalled it and it seemed to have fixed the issue. I was able to debug ASP.NET projects again. Then about a week later it stopped working again. The only thing I can think of is that there was a Visual Studio 2012 update which I applied. With my first VS2012 install, my debugger definitely broke right after I applied the update. With the latest install of VS2012, I can't remember if I debugged successfully after applying the update. I have searched and searched and can't find anyone with ASP.NET debug issues after applying the update. There are other people on my project that have applied the update and none of them have had any issues.

This is the error:

"Unable to launch the configured Visual Studio Development Web server. Unable to start debugging.

An error occurred that usually indicates a corrupt installation(code 0x80040154). If the problem persists, repair your Visual Studio installation via 'Add or Remove Programs' in Control Panel."

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm at my wits end, I don't want to have to reinstall Visual Studio again and I don't want to have to worry about applying bad updates in the future.
