Due to not receiving any prior notice (an email would be nice) about my partner association being about to expire - my action pack lapsed on Saturday night and the first I knew was when VS2013 dumped me without any opportunity to even check in my code or save (V.V.V. bad user experience) with a message that the extended evaluation mode had elapsed..
There was then a billing error ("this is a known error which we are a aware of - please wait 24 hours and try again").
Sunday morning I managed to get through the billing issue and this morning my MSDN was restored so it shows downloads again.
Unfortunately Visual Studio still refuses to sign in so I cannot do anything. The msdn subscription doesn't have a key to type in it just shows the message:-
"The product key is not embedded with Visual Studio 2013. When you launch the product, you must sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your MSDN subscription and your IDE will automatically activate. By signing in, your IDE settings will sync across devices, and you can connect to online developer services. "
I have logged out, closed VS, restarted, tried another machine and STILL can't get beyond VS telling me my extended licence has expired & dumping me out - even though it is showing in my list of downloads!!
Completely stuck now and have an immoveable deadline of this Saturday for my first Azure project so please can someone look urgently at my account and help fix it.
Also, please can you change the default behaviour from extended trial expired to just normal trial mode so that billing issues have time to be resolved without completely stopping coding...

Finally this afternoon VS2013 started working. Unfortunately there was no response to this or the message I posted on the partner site but at least after losing 2 days I can start working again...
