No locals/watch in VS 2012 Update 2 when run as administrator?

I just upgraded my VS 2012 to Update 2.  Since upgrading, my locals and watch windows don't work when I run VS as administrator. (They do still work when not run as admin).  I can step through code and set breakpoints, so I know the debug symbols are loaded properly.  Has anyone else seen this?  This is critical for me since I need to run as admin to attach to w3wp.exe.
