File is exists in windows form

hiiiii,

          I am starting New project by using the windows form application. when i add some controls in it, and debugging or running  application . it gives "file is exists" error and running application but not showing controls added to it. only blank form is showed. it gives same error when i am saving project.

 please help me in this regards, i cant able to do move forward.
