My laptop continues to register problems with the Visual Studio location simulator sensor. The automated troubleshooter attempts to repair the problem by reinstalling the driver. However, this has not succeeded in spite of running it several times over the past several weeks. The troubleshooter has diagnosed the problem lies with the PnP driver. How is this affecting Visual Studio's location sensor? Do I need this service or is it merely for site add-on features like location mapping services?
