Ive been searching all over the web for the last few days trying to figure this out and Im not having much luck so hopefully someone here can help me.
Im trying to make a form where I can fill in a couple lines of info and then save the information as a .txt file, I used Visual Basic 2005 when i was in college and figured it would be an easy task but either it has changed a lot over the years or i have forgotten a lot. A basic version of what Im looking to make would be 2 textboxes and a button to save the info, with the name from textbox1 being the filename, and a button to clear the fields to make a new entry.
Everything Ive looked up says it needs to be bound to a database and other things and I dont remember any of this from college so Im guessing that Visual Studio works a bit differently than Visual Basic did back then. Anyone out there willing to help me out?
