how to import templates from vs2012 into vs2012

How can I import all of the templates I made in vs2012 into vs2012. I tried copying them from C:\Users\Ross.SHELBYSYS\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\My Exported Templates into C:\Users\Ross.SHELBYSYS\Documents\Visual Studio 2012\My Exported Templates but vs2012 does not  see them.

What  have I missed?
