File New ASP.Net MVC 4 project gives me this error Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input

Hello,

I'm trying to create a new ASP.Net MVC 4 project and when I do so, I get this error.

"Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input"

I had a similar problem with Telerik, see the post...

I'm using VS 2012 pro, in Windows 8, I've tried this running as Admin, no difference.
