A MVC datatable with dropdown filtering per column search with pagination example?

Hello All,

Just starting out a big project with MVC 3 and I've been searching for a while for any step by step example of creatintg a dynamic/ajax datatable that has real time filtering of the result set via dropdowns for mvc?  Is there a ready made solution already available for the MVC framework?
