How do I access StandardStyles.xaml in Visual Studio 2013 prerelease?

This question relates to XAML / Windows Store app development in Visual Basic with the VS 2013 prerelease.

I know that in VS 2013, StandardStyles.xaml is no longer in the Common folder for a project as it was in VS 2012--I believe the idea is to push StandardStyles a little deeper so the developer is not always looking at it.

However, I can't figure out how to access StandardStyles.xaml to uncomment some button styles that I want to use to configure an AppBar in my Windows Store app.  In VS 2012, the procedure was to create the AppBar with XAML, reference the needed button styles, and then go to StandardStyles.xaml to uncomment the needed button styles.

How do I access StandardStyles.xaml in a Visual Studio 2013 world?
