Missing File-New-Website Menu VS Express 2013 for Windows Desktop

I have tried several things to get the File-New-Website menu item to appear including re-installing VS 2013 & ASP.Net.

The menu item remains missing.

I initially created some C++ Projects that worked fine.

I then wanted to try out some web development but found the File-New-Website menu completely missing.

I even tried to install other ad-ons. Below is a list that includes configuration information.

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
