This pertains to VS 2013, Professional. None of the links on the start page work when I click on them. When editing code, I place the cursor on a keyword and press F1 and nothing happens. If I open the same project in VS 2013 Express (Windows Desktop version) the F1 key will open a browser window displaying the help information pertinent to the keyword I selected. The start page links also work in the Express edition. Environment: Windows 7 64 bit, default browser IE 11, VS 2008, VS 2010, and VS 2012 also installed. During the install of VS2013 I was prompted to import my VS2012 settings, which I did. How can I fix this issue? I do not think it has anything to do with the security settings in IE 11 since the context sensitive help (F1) and start page links work just fine in VS 2012.
