Hello~ I am very new with this please forgive if I said something wrong.
I have a folder contain: _UpgradeReportFile Folder, Backup folder, and ProjectA folder, ProjectA.sln file, ProjectA.suo file, UpgradeLog.XML file
In side ProjectA folder contained folders: Bin, My Project, obj, and files AssemlyInfo.vb, ProjectA.vbproj, ProjectA.vbproj.user, ProjectA.resx, ProjectA.vb
When I double click ProjectA.sln it it open with MS Visual studio Tools for Application 2.0 (samething with ProjectA.vb)
My questions:
1- Is this package belong to MS Visual Studio.NET. If it is then Do I need to buy Visual Studio.NET to learning and edit code
2- Why it open with VS Tools for Win App? Can I using this tool to modify this project?
