I'm brand new to programming and coding and taking classes isn't an option now. I 'm wondering if someone could point me to some easy to understand and in-dept reading material that starts with the most basic programming methods and rules and work up from there. I have Visual Basic Express 2013 installed in my computer. Is that a good program to learn coding on?
