How to deploy a modified stored proc at database project using visual studio 2012 ?

Hi,

We are using Visual Studio 2012 and create database project by importing a production database. Now I modified a stored procedure and would like to deploy it to the production database. I have already connected the database at Publish Database window. I could not figure out how to do it. Any ideas about it?
